Paraffin based CorrosionX Red 16oz Aerosol is our hero product. You’ll find it in the mines of Western Australia all the way to the gloveboxes of most recreational boaties at Westhaven Marina in Auckland. CorrosionX is the only product readily available to the public that meets the U.S. Navy's tough new corrosion prevention and control performance requirement MIL-PRF-81309H.

Are there any harmful ingredients in CorrosionX XD ?
CX XD is NZ MPI approved as Class C 11, same as Lanolin. Food safe, but not food grade.
Can CorrosionX be sprayed inside electric motors?
Yes. CorrosionX is a great lube for motors but use caution in getting it on carbon brushes. Noisy fans are a great place for CorrosionX. Spray it on the shafts and bearings (if accessible).
How does it work?
Through “Polar Bonding”. This is an electrostatic attraction to metal surfaces by some of the components found in CorrosionX Heavy Duty. It does far more than just to keep the air away from the metal.
